Dr. Fenghua Zhang works at Philip S. Low's laboratory in the Department of Chemistry at Purdue Institute for Drug Discovery. Dr. Zhang designs preclinical testing of targeted immunotherapies for fibrotic diseases that act by selectively reprogramming profibrotic M2-like macrophages to antifibrotic M1-like macrophages. Prior to coming to the United States, Dr. Zhang worked as a senior scientist at Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry.
